Mr. Rohana Illukkumbura , the visionary and the inspirational leader of NESA Builders is a graduate of the University Moratuwa.In addition to hisprofessional qualifications in Quantity Surveying he holds a diploma inCommercial Arbitration from ICLP and possesses a vast array of professional qualifications, MIQSSL 2002, MAIQS 2004,–MACostE 2005and MRICS 2012.He also has completed the requirement for obtaining the membership of Australian Computer Society (MACS).
His diverse experience in the field of Construction encompasses , Team Leader/Coordinator, Senior Quantity Surveyor, Head of Quantity Surveying, Senior Contract advisor, Claim Consultant, Insurance loss adjuster, Advisor, Mediator, Value Management coordinator, Commercial Manager, Senior Commercial Manager and also as a Commercial Director.
